Building Wellbeing for a Stronger Tomorrow
An interactive learning experience that transforms workplace wellbeing from an abstract concept into practical, everyday behaviours through visual storytelling, guided reflection, and scenario-based decision-making.
THE CHALLENGE
Workplace wellbeing initiatives often focus on raising awareness without helping employees translate that knowledge into meaningful behavioural change.
The challenge is to design an engaging, accessible learning experience that moves beyond generic wellbeing advice and encourages employees to recognise everyday challenges, reflect on their habits, and make more intentional choices in their working lives.
THE SOLUTION
A visually driven, interactive e-learning experience combining microlearning, scenario-based decision-making, and reflective activities.
Structured around three core themes, understanding wellbeing, building healthy habits, and creating a supportive work culture, the experience guides learners through realistic workplace situations and encourages them to explore the impact of their decisions.
A calm, approachable visual identity, featuring soft watercolor illustrations, intuitive navigation, and interactive components, creates a learning environment that feels supportive rather than instructional.
The experience is designed to encourage self-awareness, reinforce practical behaviours, and make wellbeing an ongoing part of everyday working life.

Instructional & Experience Design
Developed the learning architecture using an ADDIE-informed, human-centered approach, translating workplace wellbeing challenges into measurable learning objectives, structured content, and practical learning activities.
Interaction & Scenario Design
Designed realistic workplace scenarios, knowledge checks, and reflective interactions that encourage learners to evaluate situations, explore different responses, and connect learning to everyday behaviours.
UX & Visual Design
Created a cohesive visual language combining soft watercolor illustrations, calming colors, modular learning components, and intuitive interface patterns to support engagement, accessibility, and ease of navigation.
E-Learning Development
Designed the interactive experience for development in Articulate Storyline 360, incorporating learner-controlled navigation, interactive content, feedback layers, and scenario-based assessments.
Independent learning experience design concept developed as a portfolio use case.
