Need:
To equip employees with the ability to recognize customer vulnerability and respond with empathy, fostering stronger customer relationships and trust.

A multi-modular blended learning program combining interactive e-learning, live workshops, and immersive branching scenarios.
Tools used: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro, AfterEffects, JavaScript, Figma, Articulate Storyline 360.
My Role in the Project:
As the lead instructional designer and developer, I owned the end-to-end conception, creation and deployment of the learning solution, including:
Instructional design: Applying evidence-based methodologies to craft learner-centric content. Combined ADDIE (for structured development) and SAM (for iterative prototyping) to balance rigor and agility.
Tone & brand alignment: Content and visuals adhered to the company’s voice and visual guidelines, ensuring consistency with organizational values.
E-Learning development: Building interactive modules in Articulate Storyline 360, featuring custom animations, gamification, and SCORM-compliant outputs.
Visual & UX design: Designing high-impact graphics, animations, and UI elements to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
LMS Integration & analytics: Leading LMS setup, SCORM deployment, and metrics tracking to measure effectiveness and ROI.






CREATIVE THINKING




Overview:
Designed as a preview module for a comprehensive soft skills course, this interactive learning experience equips professionals with foundational creative thinking techniques tailored for today’s dynamic work environments. Built for seamless mobile and desktop access, the module blends microlearning principles with engaging visuals and assessments to foster innovation mindsets.
Key Features & Responsibilities:
Instructional Design: Structured content around real-world workplace challenges, using scenario-based learning to reinforce application.
Interactive Development: Created in Articulate Rise 360 for responsive, user-friendly navigation, featuring:
Dynamic animations and custom graphics to illustrate abstract concepts.
Embedded quizzes and reflection prompts to validate knowledge retention.
Technical Integration: Delivered as a SCORM-compliant package, optimized for LMS deployment and tracking learner progress.

GROWTH MINDSET




Overview:
Developed as part of a broader blended learning program (part of Swarovski's Soft Skills inhouse development series) on essential workplace competencies, this interactive module teaches employees how to adopt a growth mindset to drive personal and professional development.

A short animated segment is included to demonstrate the art style and interactive approach.
Tools used: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro, Figma, Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia.
Key Contributions:
Creative Direction & Design: Crafted an inclusive, engaging experience using custom drawn cartoon-animal characters (approved by stakeholders to foster relatability and psychological safety).
Brand-Aligned Visuals: Designed all graphics and animations by hand in Adobe Suite, incorporating a crystalline aesthetic to reflect Swarovski’s iconic product identity.
End-to-End Development: Built the modules in Articulate Storyline 360, optimizing:
Intuitive navigation and microlearning interactions.
SCORM-compliant packaging for seamless LMS integration.
Scalable Framework: One of series of digital modules supporting a larger program that combined e-learning with live workshops.
